I’m ready to starting working on schedules. I need everyone to please send me their team and field setup information for their teams participating in interleague play. It’s going to especially challenging with us be so spread out. But we’ll do our best to keep folks closer to home whenever possible. We certainly want to limit the longer trips. Interleague play will start on Monday, March 20th and run through May 19th. The 16u age division will start on Monday, April 3rd due to school ball. I anticipate it taking 4-5 days to produce a schedule.. It going to be a massive challenge..
Please send me your information no later than Wednesday, March 8th. Below is the information needed to do the schedules:
Leagues included: (Please let me know if I missed anyone)
- Biloxi
- D’Iberville
- East Central (16u Only — maybe more)
- Gulfport
- Harrison Hancock
- Long Beach (received)
- Ocean Springs (received)
- Orange Grove
- Pass Christian
- Pascagoula
- Poplarville (16u.. maybe a few others)
- Saucier (received)
- St. Martin
- Woolmarket
For each League :
- Age Groups/Teams participating
- Preferred Locations
- Constraints: Distance, block dates, etc.
- Specifically identify any 14U teams.
For every league team participating:
- Team Name
- Team Sponsor (if applicable)
- Coach Name
- Coaches Phone Number
- Any special requests (Special Requests make it harder to schedule… so please limit as much as possible)
