Here’s the advisory put out to the public:
Due to an anticipated influx of 5,000+ Spring Break partygoers, the Biloxi and Gulfport Police Departments are predicting severe traffic disruptions along Highway 90 between Biloxi and Gulfport centered around the Gulf Coast Coliseum. This will begin on 12 April and run through the early morning hours of 14 April.
Traffic on 90 will become congested starting the evening of 12 April. Predictions are for traffic to congest again in the early afternoon of 13 April, with near-gridlock conditions anticipated starting in the early evening. Traffic will return to normal by Sunday morning.
