The Fall Meeting for MS ASA District 1 will be at the upstairs meeting room at the Donal Snyder Center on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 6:00 PM. Please note we won’t be in our normal room. We will be in the meeting room located updated at Donal Snyder. The address is 2520 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531.
The primary purpose of the meeting is to set the schedule for the Fall Tournament Season. The purpose of the fall season is to develop players and get ready for the next spring. We need to set dates and playing format. We need to put some thought to how we keep it fun and competitive for the players of all the teams.
Here are some questions we need to answer:
What age groups are wanting to play?
Do we age up our teams or keep the same ones?
What weekends do we want to have tournaments?
What format are the Tournaments? Pool games?
