Below is a link to the information packet for this weekend’s Gulf Coast Championships. The tournament will be held at three complexes this weekend. Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, and 10U will be at the 12th Street Fields. All 12u will be at the Louise St Fields. The 14u and 16u will be at the Pascagoula High School Complex. There is a map in the package to the fields. I’ll try to find some addresses, but everything is near Market Street in Pascagoula.

There is a Championship Roster in this packet. Every team must complete the roster and turn it in at check-in. There were some issues last year with players team hopping. This is an important enough tournament that we will lock the rosters down for the weekend. A representative from every team must come to 12th street to check-in prior to the their first game. We will collect the entry fee and roster.
We will also be preparing for Championship Play. The packet includes a list of state tournaments and a tournament entry form. If you want to play in a State Tournament, you will need to submit the Tournament Entry Form and Entry Fee this weekend.
The weather is supposed to be hot and dry. With a little luck, we will have 51 teams play a possible total of 94 games. So please hydrate your players starting tonight. It’s our first real hot one of the summer. So take precautions.
For the 12u division, the fields at Louise St are good fields. The men play slow pitch there. So the field conditions will be good. They do have a concession and rest rooms. But be sure to bring your popup tents and lawn chairs. Bench space is limited.
