The Stone-Wiggins Recreation Association would like to invite everyone to come participate in their invitational tournament this weekend. The tournament will be held on April 28-29th. I’d expect to begin on Saturday depending on number of teams. They have two softball and four baseball fields. So we might be able to get it all done on Saturday. Sunday is possible though depending on number of teams and the rain gods. The tournament will be at the Hood Field in Wiggins. The closest address to Hood Field that works for GPS’s is 490 Mill Av. Wiggins, MS 39577.
Proceeds from the USA Softball invitational tournaments go to the hosting organization. These tournaments are fundraisers for our leagues and will benefit the girls of the Stone-Wiggins Recreation Association. So I encourage everyone to come out and play for this great group.
