Most importantly, we should to take a few moments today to remember all those that gave the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. The men and women serving in our armed forces sacrifice much of their personal freedoms in service to our country. They offer their lives so we can enjoy the living in this great country. Remember them today and offer our thanks to all the members of our armed forces.
The Biloxi Girls Softball League would like to invite everyone to participate in their annual invitational tournament. The tournament will be held June 3-5, 2017 at the A. J. Holloway (Biloxi) Sportsplex at 765 Wells Drive in Biloxi. The fields in Biloxi are in the best shape in several years. So it should provide one of the best places to play on the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Registering early will help with planning. It also helps bring out other teams. So please register early. Play can begin as early as Friday night and can go into Sunday; although we try to get it on Saturday if possible. Sunday play is possible if circumstances warrant e.g. rain.

USA Softball of South Mississippi helps organize the invitational tournament trail to help our local leagues raise money to support their softball program. A lot of families simply can’t afford to put out a bunch of money to play softball. The leagues bear much of financial burden so the girls can go out and play. All proceeds this weekend will go to the Biloxi Girls Softball League.
