Teams at the Fall Meeting wanted to have something special to commemorate the end of the season. So this weekend will be the first ever Fall Championships. We will award rings for Champions and Runners-Up. It would be great if we could get all the area teams to come play as we crown our Fall Champions.
Saturday will also be Veteran’s Day. Let us remember all the sacrifices made my our military so that we can enjoy this great game and spend time with our children at the ball park. No amount of appreciation will be sufficient enough to honor them. Let us just pray for them and their families. We hope they enjoy a Very Happy Veteran’s Day.
The Tournament Entry Fee for the Fall Championships is Coach Pitch $200 & Fast Pitch $225. The tournament will be held on Nov 11th, 2017. We will not play any on Friday night. Fall tournaments are generally one day tournaments. But Sunday is possible though depending on number of teams and the rain gods. The Biloxi fields were not available, so the tournament will be at the Hood Field in Wiggins. The closest address to Hood Field that works for GPS’s is 490 Mill Av. Wiggins, MS 39577.
Please register early as it will help the tournament organizers prepare for this weekend.

Just a reminder, all players participating must be USA Softball Individually Registered. Players may be registered online at USA Softball Individual Registration. The spring registration carries through Dec 31st. So many player will already be registered. Individual Registration sanctions the player with USA Softball and provides supplemental medical / general liability protection for the players, field owners and tournament hosts.
