The best laid plans of mice and men… so much for a 30% of afternoon showers. When I left the field, the sun was out and rainbows were surrounding the ball park… Here’s a stick in your eye Mr Tournament Director…
So here’s the plan. We’ll go straight to bracket play. The city guys will be at the fields bright and early in the morning. The softball fields drain pretty good. So we plan to start at 8 AM. The baseball fields will take some work.. so the plan to start those games at 9 AM. We’ll give the field crew a little bit of time to get those fields ready. I’ll be at the fields at 6:30 AM. I’ll make a Facebook post to just let folks know how it’s going.
