Crazy week. I started in Long Beach where we had a small business workshop. Then went to Ruston LA, Oklahoma City, Wichita KS and about to pull into Columbia MO. I’ve spent the last five hours on a charter bus doing brackets. Not quite my comfy office. All that to say, these brackets were very hard to do. We have a whole bunch of teams and only three fields. Long Beach High School is still in the playoffs so we can’t use that field. Many are traveling some large distances to come play. On top of that, too many of our local teams didn’t want or couldn’t play on Friday night. All that added to a very difficult scheduling situation already. If there is an error, remember I was on a bus with my elbows in my air trying to put something workable together. I’ll be there Saturday. Not early. lol…
Given the situation, the brackets below make the best of the situation. We are going to rely on teams being ready to play. When you finish your game, quickly exit the dugouts and take your trash with you. It’s going to be extremely important to keep the games running on time. The 10U game time will be no new inning after 1:05. Tee ball and Coach Pitch will still be 0:55. I believe we can leave 12U at 1:10, but we might shorten it to 1:05 if we start running real late (I hope not).
