Thanks for everyone’s patience today. I’ve been working brackets and a million other things all day. This year’s Gulf Coast Championships will feature 60 teams. The previous record was 55 teams. So this is the largest tournament I’ve ever done. It also features a 14u age group. We will have 9 fields going at one time this weekend. I appreciate everyone’s support for the Picayune Youth Sports Association.
I’d like to thank the Ocean Springs Girls Softball League for allowing a do-over for the Picayune Youth Softball Association to host this weekend. It wasn’t a very easy decision for them. We’ll stay on the top of the weather again this weekend. I’ll try to keep the Gulf Coast ASA Facebook page up and current. The URL is http://facebook.com/gulfcoastasa.
Real important: If you want to play in a State Tournament, I need a completed Tournament Entry Form and Entry Fee if you plan to play in a State Tournament. Please fax your Tournament Entry Form to 228.246.0267 and bring your entry fee to Picayune.
